Shipping & Handling Policy

Delivery for all online purchases, is, for now, available only in Takoradi and Sekondi. In the not-too-distant future efonek.com intends to deliver all over Ghana and patrons will be updated as soon as the extended delivery becomes available. 

For non-bulk orders placed before noon, delivery will be made on the same day. However for non-bulk orders placed after 3 pm, delivery will be on the following day before noon.

For orders of bulk items such as tables & chairs, where orders are placed before 10:00 am, delivery will be received the next day. For bulk orders placed after 10:00 am delivery will be within 48 hours. 

Non-bulk orders placed on Saturdays before noon, items will be received on the same day. Non-bulk orders placed after noon on Saturdays items will be delivered on the next working day. For bulk orders, the delivery will be received within two working days. 

For non-bulk orders placed on Sundays & Public Holidays, delivery will be done on the next working day. For bulk orders delivery will be received within the next two working days. 

Please be advised that a call will be received from our couriers before they set off. Where no one is available to receive the delivery upon arrival at the designated address and the customer cannot be reached by phone, the package will be returned and the customer will have to pick it up at the nearest branch or incur a new delivery cost to have it re-delivered. 

In the instance where a customer directs that the package be delivered to a third party, the company will not be held responsible if the item is damaged or lost.

Our commitment to prompt delivery is subject to the items being in stock and receiving payment successfully. However, if we are unable to deliver right away, we will be in touch. This may be because of issues beyond our control e.g. Extreme weather or broken down vehicles, rioters/ demonstrators blocking.
